It’s been an honor

It’s been an honor

GLB Design & Development has been working tirelessly to build and maintain the websites of quite an eclectic group of small business owners. We thought we’d take the time to introduce you to some of our favorites over the years.

Some might say, we’d never had gotten started without this client Ms. Ashley Lagos of msashleylagos.com worked for a company that gave us our “big break” when she started working there last decade. Together we built Aero-Zone.com which turned an immediate profit greater than the website built. We worked on a few other projects together and to this day, she remains a repeat customer we’re honored to serve.

Our next big project was ServiceLoop.co with a founder who is still building great ideas with us. This labor of love has been an ever evolving behemoth of a project that has given birth to additional tools scheduled to be launched later this year. We remain a constant provider of services for this growing business and partner with them in other ways like, social media, and strategic partnering.

We couldn’t talk about customer loyalty without mentioning Janelle Brittain of Dynamic Performance and Board Dynamic Performance. While Janelle is semi-retired now, she has been a long term client with an unending loyalty to GLB and the the services we provide.

Our favorite influencer came to us right before the pandemic hit with her blog MegForIt.com and we found out during the pandemic she was a Nurse who helped other Nurses when we were asked to also provide services for NurseMegRN.com which we did as a courtesy during that first year of covid as a way to pay her back for what she was doing to help during a difficult time.

Washington State Parks Foundation found us during the pandemic as well. They had a designer already, but they needed help with their server and some other technical tasks that were a bit beyond the usual demands of a web designer and into the development realm. We’re proud to service them to this day.

Sensationally Silver by GLBDD

Piper Norwood of Sensationally Silver gave us the honor of updating their site before we took over maintenance, social media, setting up Amazon Fulfillment, YouTube Channel, and pretty much all things technical due to an allergy **wink wink** they have to tech.

Paula Cajiao of Artistic Ninja Productions and Josie Chavarria of Just Josie Massage both came to us with a dream and allowed us a lot of autonomy to make their dreams come true. We’re fortunate to have them as a part of the family after building their single person websites with big goals and plans for the future for them both.

And of course, it all comes back to Ashley when she referred her parents, the owners of Be Sew Creative to us to rebuild their Shopify website to increase their web sales and grow their already large small business. Still working out the kinks, but getting stronger all the time.

We’ve definitely had so many more clients come and go along the way, due to different changes, either in staff decision makers, ownership, or flat out different directions with the company altogether (how do you say closure?) But we never take the time to thank them this publicly and these folks, well, they stand out by being loyal, caring, understanding, patient, and never too far away from their email or phone to reach out with another challenge for me. Thank you all for making the past 7 years of GLB Design & Development an adventure, here’s to the next 7 and beyond.

We are always accepting new website build and maintenance clients and would love to explore what we can do for you! Reach out to us today at sales@glbdd.com or hello@glbdd.com just to drop us a line saying you saw the post! Or even better, comment below with something lovely you know about these clients. We can’t be the only fans of their businesses.
